2 pieces of bread with butter, chicken breast and ketchup. Maybe not strange but whenever my husband sees the ketchup and butter he says its weird.

LOL, I do this too. Only butter on my sandwiches, never mayo or mustard. So if it's a chicken patty or red meat, it gets ketchup too.

low carb bread, or pita, eggplant hummus on one side, olive tapenade on the other, sprouts, roasted red pepper and carrot strips
I usually get some weird looks so I guess it's probably strange

After seeing some of the crazy sandwiches already posted, these may seem a bit lame:

    1. banana and Mayo sammy
    2. Clausen pickle (either spears or cut lenghtwise) and mayo ... loaded with pepper.

Houmous and bacon. I use the low fat houmous instead or butter and the garlic goes well with the bacon. Also add an avocado and sald if you want to make a meal of it.

Bacon and pineapple also works but not with the houmous.

Ham and Swiss on wheat spread with Greek yogurt mixed with dill. Toss in some fresh pear slices for crunch.
    -OR-
Peanut better, jelly, and cream cheese on three slices of bread. And cut in triangles.
