    Wow. I am going to commit this recipe to memory because they are DELICIOUS.

    I made them with splenda and instant oats because that's what I had on hand, and they turned out awesome. I calculated the recipe with splenda and it's 55 calories per muffin -- I used unsweetened applesauce that had 70 calories per half-cup unlike most which have only 50, so the calorie count could be lower, even. Great excuse to eat two!

    bump, those sound yummy! My banana muffins usually come to about 150 calories PER MUFFIN. Of course, I do add chocolate chips so I shouldn't be too surprised... :ohwell:
