Thanks for sharing. Mine are in the oven right now. Perfect little snackie snack when I've got calories to budget. These are going to be great. I can tell just by the little lick I had off a spoon, LOL

    Thanks again!

edit to add: these came out AWESOME!!!!!

HAHA i do the same thing..i always try the batter or dough before i bake them..you can tell alot from tasting the spoon, i think! glad you liked them..i was excited that not only the taste of banana bread is there but also the consistency is pretty much the same...make sure you either freeze them or keep them in a sealed container b/c they will get dry if you leave them out =)

I just so happen to have 2 ripe bananas... yay :) I"ll make them tonight. However, I might substitute the sugar for some stevia....I've never baked with stevia (just use it with my coffee). I hope it's just as good! Thank you!!!

And would someone please tell me what "bump" means??

    Thanks :)

Thank you so much! Great recipe! They actually taste really good. I used regular unsweetened apple sauce with 1 tsp of cinnamon, regular liquid eggs and whole wheat flour. Here is how they came out:
