I had sorta challenged myself to do something like this then I saw this topic, talk about coincidinces.
6/1-Friday: GYM: 20 min stair stepper, 20 min fast walking about 3.5 pace 1 mile total, 10 min eliptical, Some yoga. Also 1.5 hrs chasing/babysitting toddler nephew T. in yard, about 60 min walking at about 2.5 pace(at party, no idea of # of miles walked).

June 1 - 30 min. dancing0

June 1st - 40 minutes of Pilates
June 2nd - 50 minutes of running, 50 minutes of walking
I'm excited to see what I can do on my rest days to still keep active! I think it will be a slow 10-20 minute walk just to get moving!0 -

First post ever: I am going to try to do this even though I'm a little late to the party! starting tomorrow (well today now its 1:11am) I imagine that the exercises I do will be quite short and sweet to begin with as I am extremely unfit and pathetically achey and body woe-ey. However I'm going to give it a go!0

June 1 - Tris & Biceps, 40 mins of Taebo Insane Abs, 20 mins on treadmill.
June 2 - Insanity Core Cardio Balance for 40 mins, 100 lunges, 10 mins of Zumba.0 -
June 2 cut the grass with the heaviest mower in the world 30 mins to an hour lol and worked in the yard weeding and trimming for about 45 minutes

Cleaned the house - 90 minutes (though it took me two hours -- seemed like MFP gave me too many calories when I logged it all)

Shopping for two hours - logged 90 minutes of slow walking0 -
