I made these over the weekend. I did a few modifications to the original recipe.
I used Almond Milk Original instead of water.
I used 1 OZ of Greek Plain Yogurt for extra creaminess
I used Honey Roasted PB.
I used real sugar instead of sweetener (I don't use any type of sweetener only the real deal)
I got a total of 5 at 48 calories each. I think protein was 8 gr and carbs 8.
They were delicious!
I also did this on a crowd friendly version (no protein powder since I don't want to waste mine on people that don't care for it). For this batch I used 2 TBPS of PB, 2 TBPS of Chocolate and 3 TSP of sugar. People seemed to like it this way.
I resized pic but it is still coming up big. Sorry but I give up trying to make it smaller.

PEANUT BUTTER CUPS Recipe
Ingredients:
-1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
-1 TBSP all-natural peanut butter
-1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
-1-2 packets of Stevia
-4oz water
Method for Peanut Butter Cups
-Blend all the ingredients together in a blender
-Divide the peanut butter mixture into round muffin tins (USE a SILICONE tray!!!), filling about 3/4 full.
-Place filled muffin tin in freezer and let freeze for about an hour or until firm (Freeze any extra peanut butter cups for up to five days)
I highly recommend this recipe!
