    June 1 - 45 minute run.
    June 2 - 50 minutes pool, 20 minutes bowling - My arm is sore. I need to stretch.


    PowerJenn whatever you record is fine. The rules are pretty loose - just "something."

    June 1st: 30DS
    June 2nd: 30DS, 1 hr of Michael Jackson on the Wii, 3 hours of chasing toddlers at the park :)

    Edit* I definitely was not going to work out today but I refuse to back down from a challenge...dang it.
  • It's a few days into June, but I'll start tonight. I'll take my dog for a walk. Tomorrow, I'm going on a hike with some friends. Keep up the great work everyone!

    Hope I'm not too late to join, here are my days so far:
    June 1 30 DS level 2 day 1
    June 2 C25K week 2 day 1, walking 4.49 miles
    June 3 30 DS level 2 day 2, cycling approx 1 hour -cycling lesson for 2 hrs so reckon about an hour was on bike

    June 3rd . Picked collards, pulled green beans off plant, shucked silver queen corn and helped the farmers wife place my brown eggs in a cartoon...Now I am cooking all of it....Yep, def haven't done that this year. :)

    Did a little 15 minute circuit that I found on Pinterest this morning. Kicked my butt after a week of no exercise. And am going to go for my routine 4 mile walk tonight :-)

    June 1 - C25K (week 4) 30 minutes
    June 2 - exercise DVD 45 minutes
    June 3 - 4 hours wallpaper stripping (by hand, without a steamer) & moving boxes

    I had planned to run this morning but it hasn't stopped raining all day, think I've made up for it with todays decorating activity
  • I'm in!
    June 1 - walk, 3.0 mph for 10 minutes
    June 2 - walk, 2.0 mph for 120 minutes.

    I'm a little late, but I'm in. This is a perfect challenge for where I am now. Thanks for posting.

    June 1- 55 minutes personal training, including arc trainer, core strength, and plyometric circuits
    June2- 90 minutes circuit training and weights
    June 3- 120 minutes softball practice

    6/1 - bike 28 mins
    6/2 - bike 15 mins and walking 1 mile @ 3.5 mph
    6/3 - walking 1.25 miles @ 3.0 mph

    First post ever: I am going to try to do this even though I'm a little late to the party! starting tomorrow (well today now its 1:11am) I imagine that the exercises I do will be quite short and sweet to begin with as I am extremely unfit and pathetically achey and body woe-ey. However I'm going to give it a go!

    Jullian Michaels Shred and Shed - 30 minutes, plus cool-down

    Kicked my own booTAY without even leaving the house -- feeling awesome!

    Biggest Loser (Australia) Cardio burn DVD - 45 minutes
    Running up and down the stairs in my house - 30 minutes :happy: it's quite a good workout and gets the heart rate up!

    June 1---3 hours of walking dogs, 2 hour line dance class and an hour working in the yard :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile:
    June 2-50 minutes walking dogs----all day line dance workshop (8AM-10PM)
    June 3-60 minute morning walk--60 minute walk with dogs---two hours working in the yard

    every day---3 planks, 100 lunges :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile:

    I'm in! Its a few days into June, but luckily I've done something everday so far.

    June 1: 15 minute walk
    June 2: 40 minute bike ride
    June 3: 30 minute bike ride
