    The traditional challenge is to complete Ironman Triathlon mileage in the 30 days of June
    --Swimming 2.4 Miles
    --Biking 112 miles
    --Running 26.2 miles

    I did not do this last month, but want to come back this month. I am hoping to do the traditional ironman. I will only count miles on the outdoor bike, not the stationary one in the gym. Will not be running, but walking with the bad knee and all. I should be able to do this even with going away for a week in the middle of the month. Keep it healthy everyone.

    June 1st and 2nd - on vacation, so a slow start but 250 yards of open water swim against the current is a good start for me. Tomorrow running on the beach!

    lfordryan & connie- This is a pretty relaxed group. You can make your goals whatever you want them to be. :smile: we just track tri type stuff but what that is is what YOU want it to be. I log walking a lot, when i can't run mostly, but others here don't. It's all good.

    And as a bonus, we don't kick you out if you don't make it. :smile: I like to aim high and often don't meet my goals, but am so happy when i do:bigsmile:
