June 1 - 45 minute run.
June 2 - 50 minutes pool, 20 minutes bowling - My arm is sore. I need to stretch.

June 2nd: 30DS, 1 hr of Michael Jackson on the Wii, 3 hours of chasing toddlers at the park

It's a few days into June, but I'll start tonight. I'll take my dog for a walk. Tomorrow, I'm going on a hike with some friends. Keep up the great work everyone!0

June 1 30 DS level 2 day 1
June 2 C25K week 2 day 1, walking 4.49 miles
June 3 30 DS level 2 day 2, cycling approx 1 hour -cycling lesson for 2 hrs so reckon about an hour was on bike0 -

June 3rd . Picked collards, pulled green beans off plant, shucked silver queen corn and helped the farmers wife place my brown eggs in a cartoon...Now I am cooking all of it....Yep, def haven't done that this year.0

Did a little 15 minute circuit that I found on Pinterest this morning. Kicked my butt after a week of no exercise. And am going to go for my routine 4 mile walk tonight :-)0

June 3 - 4 hours wallpaper stripping (by hand, without a steamer) & moving boxes

June 1- 55 minutes personal training, including arc trainer, core strength, and plyometric circuits
June2- 90 minutes circuit training and weights
June 3- 120 minutes softball practice

First post ever: I am going to try to do this even though I'm a little late to the party! starting tomorrow (well today now its 1:11am) I imagine that the exercises I do will be quite short and sweet to begin with as I am extremely unfit and pathetically achey and body woe-ey. However I'm going to give it a go!
