Running my 4th half marathon tomorrow, the first one where I will weigh under 200 pounds!
Update: Ran my half marathon this morning. 30 pounds lighter than the last one I ran. 13 minutes faster - one minute per mile faster. Burned 1814 calories according to my HRM. Now if the scale only agrees next week......

no weight loss in a month and the calorie restriction is harsh...Half the calories I was getting while pregnant and on a gestational diabetic diet. Guess it's going to be all about the working out. Now let me get off my *kitten* and push a stroller through the neighborhood on this beautiful Saturday morning!

UTG: 160-170 (IDK, never been that low)
Monthly goal: work out atleast 2x a week.
(new job didnt let me last month workin 50-60 hrs a week and getting 4 hrs of sleep a night) - I was so suprised I was so close to last months goal
I always welcome new friend requests however after a month of inactivity I do remove people.
