    Wow - "what a difference a year makes" is right! You look more than FANTASTIC! Congratulations on your success. I love that you included what you've done to get here. I struggle to insert three, one-and-a-half minute jogging intervals into my daily treadmill routine of brisk walking. I feel like I 'm just not made to run. But based on your results, maybe there is hope for me yet, lol! Keep up the good work!
