Working on progress pictures. Have 8 more days of Jillian's 30 DS. My highest weight after having 2 children was 170. I was able to loose about 10 pounds doing the 17 day diet (cleanse) and then gave up. Started back this February gaining and loosing the same 1 - 3 pounds until about 3 weeks ago. I am now keeping better track of my food and sticking to a 1200 calorie diet.

Had a NSV last week when I was able to put on a pair of shorts that haven't fit in about 4 years. Will hopefully be taking progress photos in a week or so.

Also learned that I am shorter than I have always thought. That was a tough thing to hear  So instead of 5'1 3/4 inches I am actually 5' 3/4. That is a whole inch. Wondering if the Dr.'s measuring thing is wrong

Great job to all of the vertically challenged people making progress in their fitness journey.

I am 5'3", 48 y/o. Started at 143, hit goal of 125 a year ago, lost another 10 by November, been maintaining 115 since then. In the yellow shirt I am about 133, the green is at 143 and the grey sweater is at 115.

I have dropped from 145lb to 93lb and then back up to 108lb. I'm 5'1.

Here's my collage from about 6 months ago which shows me at my heaviest, and the bottom row shows progress pics down to 98lbs.
    Picture1.png

Since then I gained a lot of muscle.
    Two weeks ago at 108lbs:

Still a work in progress but you get the idea. This morning I discovered a 2 pack on my stomach.

You look amazing! What is your typical workout routine?
  • Just amazing! I love this topic.
