I'm 5'1" and weighed 212 at my heaviest. I started my weight loss program on 6 May 2011 and so far have lost 73 lbs, putting me at 139. My goal is 130. Here are some before and not-quite-afters. :-)

Here's my other post. I shared it to the 30 DS thread too. ;)

I was a former taekwondo player who weighed around 99lbs and gained weight because I had to deal with working the real stuff at the corporate world. Anyway, after 8 years, I weighed 134lbs. It's embarassing. I was frequently sick and getting a lot of problems with my back. I finally decided that in year 2012, I'd lose more pounds and get back on track. For one, my boyfriend gave me this challenge. LOL. I started MFP back in February and started to jog at least 30 minutes to an hour and played badminton Tuesdays to Fridays for two hours. But then realizing that I had so much load at work, I was obviously not able to play and jog for sometime. So, I was browsing MFP and got interested with the 30 DS. I'm currently in my LVL 1 9th Day. (I skipped some days because I had to train with breakdancing for quite sometime) I feel light and because of that, I'm adding pole dance for April! Yay!

    Starting Weight: 134.4 lbs
    Current Weight: 123.2 lbs
    Goal Weight: 115 lbs

I am 5'2. I haven't reached my goal weight yet, but I'm proud of where I have gotten so far. I am thinner than I was in high school, and I thought I was fit then. Everyone on here looks amazing! :) Way to go!!

I have dropped from 145lb to 93lb and then back up to 108lb. I'm 5'1.

Here's my collage from about 6 months ago which shows me at my heaviest, and the bottom row shows progress pics down to 98lbs.

Since then I gained a lot of muscle.
    Two weeks ago at 108lbs:

Still a work in progress but you get the idea. This morning I discovered a 2 pack on my stomach.

You look amazing!! I am about 5'1" and I weighed about 96 lbs before I got pregnant. I am striving to get back there. What does your work out consist of?!

I'm still a work in progress, but here are my photos.

the picture on the left was taken while I was at my heaviest, before trying anything (144 lbs). The picture on the right is the most recent at 130 lbs. I'm 5'0" tall btw.

I finished the first 30 days of P90x, finished two cycles of Insanity and ate at a calorie deficit of 1200. The BMR for my height is 1480.

I've since then focused more so on weight training/lifting heavy weights and hope to see some great results from that. I've upped my daily calorie intake to 1400 cals a day to accomodate my new workout regimen. I'm currently doing Starting Strength and want to try the Baby Got Back Routine once I begin to plateau on that regimen.

I'm proud of what I've lost so far, but still have a ways to go before I get where I wanna be. :)
