    how did you do this!?! you look amazing! I am 4' 11" and I wouldn't consider myself "fat" but I am not in the shape I want to be..

    I would probably kill to look like you though!! I struggle the most with my diet I think.. What kind of food do/ did you eat? or what was your time frame? and work out method!? haha sorry i have so many questions but I am SO jealous!!

    I have dropped from 145lb to 93lb and then back up to 108lb. I'm 5'1.

    Here's my collage from about 6 months ago which shows me at my heaviest, and the bottom row shows progress pics down to 98lbs.

    Since then I gained a lot of muscle.

    I'm around 5'3" and started my journey weighing at 212lbs!! YIKES!!! I still can't believe I let myself get that heavy! I've lost 38lbs so far & am now weighing 174lbs and working my way towards my goal!!
