Oh my! I decided to try this. I added 8 oz. lump crab meat, green onion, and slivered almonds. I topped it with about a tbsp of mozzarella cheese. It made 4 large raminkins, overflowing so 4 servings, 5 if you put less in each raminkin. It is WONDERFUL! Baking it (I baked for about 35 minutes at 400 putting cheese on during last 10 minutes) seems to take away the texture/consistency of the cottage cheese. I LOVE cottage cheese but would never guess that is the base for this if I tasted it not knowing what it is.

so this is great. My recipe came in at slightly under 200 calories and I'm having it again for lunch tomorrow. Really good....

Made this 'Greek' last night with the following:

-1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry.
    - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    - Black pepper
    - pinch nutmeg
    - chopped black olives

all stirred through & baked. It looked a wonderful green colour. Served with tomato & onion salad with tzatziki.

After adding my "extras", mine made 4 overflowing ramekins, so easily serves 4-5

Made it this morning-- 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 egg, handful of fresh chopped spinach, pepper+terragon. 400F, 35 minutes.

It's very tasty, but mine also turned out a bit watery. Definitely as filling as my usual 3-egg scramble.

    Thanks again for sharing!
