    Just wanted to introduce myself! I'm new to the site. Moved to Fort Myers, FL 5 years ago (wow time flies) originally from California. So glad I found this site. The yo yo dieting truly is the definition of insanity! Buying a food scale tomorrow and should be all set to go!
