Yes, that does seem a low calorie intake for someone who runs 80 miles a week AND lifts, maybe she adds exercise cals? It would be interesting to know because she is an amazing lady. If i looked that good in my 30s i'd be proud, to look that awesome in your 70s is just stunning.0

She's 5' 5", 130 lbs, according to her website. That's not that big, and she's pretty old. I'd guess it's the age, the relatively light weight, and the fact that she's at a really low bodyfat so has to work hard to keep it there.0 -
