Drink lots of water today and rest because tomorrow morning I am running 10 miles!0

Run outside unless its too hott (supposed to get up to 103 today..) in which case I will run on the tredmill
too keep my sodium down to a normal level

Outdoor workout today ( Stairs at least 10 times up and down ) 120 steps one way

*Go to the Gym at 5am for strength training- Done
*Go to the Gym after work for some cardio
*Try to get as much protein without powders
*Telling that damn rabbit for the umpteenth time that Tricks are for kids0 -

I have many, but my top four goals are to log my food, go running, do ab ripper X, and most importantly, be a positive influence on those around me, especially my kids, to help them have a great day.0

Ok for today. No chocies or ice cream required. Will not go into the kitchen tonight again.

To get on my bike and cycle to the local large sainsburys to get some more omelettes( in spite of overwhelming fatigue today)
To go to the gym and try out their Go bikes, which are sort of simulators as well as spin bikes.
To hold out on eating until 8 pm as I am already down to 900 calories for the rest of the day.0 -

:laugh: i am new at this so just tracking my food. I work a second job so getting to swimlaps is not happening today - so far so good- bob0

My goals were to go to the gym (Done), then track all my food (DOne), and to take an extra walk tonight (will be done in 1 hour)! But my 1 goal for the week was to eat according to my chart (had a hard time with eating that much) and healthier without indulging in my 1c of ice cream to meet my calorie goal. I am hungry though...lol (about time) so off to drink lots of water.0
