I was supposed to start it back up today, but I did a 4 mile hike yesterday with a 20 lb pack on that just about killed me. I couldn't move this morning, so I would like to start back up either tonight, or tomorrow. Feel free to add me0

I'll be starting tomorrow, hopefully, when the dvd, weights, and mat I ordered get here.
I'll be trying to keep my calorie intake around 1200, as well as implementing 2-3 mile runs in as well.0 -
I started today! Feeling kind of stiff around my shoulders and neck area so I guess I'll be really sore tomorrow.
I didn't find it too bad - I was defo struggling but I got through it.

Hi. I started 30 DS today too. Planning on only doing it Mon-Fri as my weekends are usually busy. I was doing Active 2 for my Wii with the 9 week challenges and 30 DS isn't much harder than that (for now). Add me if you'd like.0

Day 2 today. Don't feel too bad after yesterday - a bit sore but nothing crazy. My friend is coming over for lunch so it will be late afternoon before I get to doing it. Will update later.0

I'm using 2 x litre cartons of cranberry juice atm No money until later in the week to buy weights. Going to get 2 x 3kg's I think.

I have started this DVD too many times to count. Never stuck long enough to make it to level 3 and finish the 30 Days. I started it again on Sunday and started with level 2. Today I will be doing Level 2 day 3. I LOVE that we are all doing it together, maybe with this accountability I will actually finish it this time. Good luck everyone!0

Wow, just tried 30 Day Shred that I found on youtube....that totally kick mine and my hubbys butts. LOL I could only do 15 minutes, and hubby did about 12 minutes. I'm sweating like a pig lol Now I feel like I could get sick..anyone like that after their first few workouts?0

L1 D3 complete. Was fine - find the side lunge with the arm raise really hard (not sure how to describe it) and can't do a full minute of bicycle ab exercise but other than that managed all of it.0

I just started it yesterday 06/13/12. It was rough! I had to stop several times and just try to move as much as I could. I'm not very sore today. I used 3 lb weights. I am 207 lbs.0
