    Apparently the trick is to send them creepy friend requests.....the creepier the better.

    I do have a few actually. And no, they don't know it. I'm in a relationship, and while crushes and flirting are harmless (my opinion, and my GF's), I'm aware that some people take flirting poorly so I've been playing it safe and not saying anything so as not to give someone the wrong impression. :(

    Hey, in all fairness it works both ways!! A lot of women don't always know unless they're flat out told too. Might have something to do with the medium of the internet - can't read body language or facial expressions. ;)
