L1D3 Complete. I was actually able to do the reverse crunches, and bicycle crunches without resting my legs on my bed this morning. :drinker:0

So I was supposed to do day 2 yesterday, but my legs hurt so bad, even walking is hard LOL so Im going to do day 2 today after class. I did notice though that my right knee is really sore and its hard to do the lunges b/c of it. I had my hubby try it with me, he did 12 min and i did 15. It definitely harder than it looks lol0

Hi Everyone! I just started today so this thread is quite timely. I consider myself to be in good shape and thought Level 1 would be fairly easy but it was a tough workout! And, for the alternate lunges, I couldn't lift both arms at once, had to alternate arms. I am using 5lb weights. Probably should get a set of 3lbs for the harder exercises. Rows, biceps, flys, I can do with 5 lb though.
I have a beach vacation in 17 days so looking forward to shredding what I can by then!
Re cardio, my plan is to continue my normal routine as much as possible and also do the 30 DS except on Wed when I already a do a 1 hour circut class. I don't think I can do that and 30DS, but will see. Normal routine is spinning 1-2x/week, running 3 mi 1-2x per week, and circuit class. Usually I do pilates too but I may stop that while I am doing 30DS.

I started it Monday but I'll be honest.. I'm not trying to follow the program, I don't plan on being "shredded" in 30 days but I do plan on doing this workout everyday my body is up to it. Yeah, I rest if I'm sore but I rest just for a day. I plan on doing level 1 till it no longer feels like a good workout, right now it kicks my butt and I'm loving it. Today was going to be another rest day but I'm really not that sore so tonight I'm definitely pushing play. Good luck all!0

Yeah, I started on Monday, but I have been alternating Shred with Ripped in 30. 6 days a week off on Sunday. I also have a set of 3, 5, 8 pound weights, and vary depending on the exercise, with the squats I use heaver weights, with the raises I usually drop to a 3 pound.0

I am on level 2 day 9. I agree with you, a 30 day fitness goal is EXACTLY what I needed. It is small, achievable, and has totally changed the way I feel about myself. I still have a week a half left, but I will continue with her ripped in 30 next.

I also got her kickbox fast fix. She is crazy, and I can honestly say some of the combos this woman comes up with is INSANE, but it keeps you moving. It's another 20 minute work out, and with 6 different circuits the time goes by super fast! I love her!0 -

I started 30DS 3 weeks ago, did it for a week (took 1 day off in between because I was sore)... then I started level 2 and did that for 2 days... then the kids got sick, and I lost my mojo
I started P90x the other day. Thought it was fun, but long. Would like to do 30DS daily again, and P90x every couple days for variety.0 -

L1 D3 complete. Was fine - find the side lunge with the arm raise really hard (not sure how to describe it) and can't do a full minute of bicycle ab exercise but other than that managed all of it.
THIS I soooo hate the side lunge with the arm raise. Arms have been burning since D10
