    :flowerforyou: I count all my steps. I put my pedometer in my pocket when I get dressed in the morning to walk the dogs and keep it with me all day until bedtime........I record my exercise based on the calorie count from my heart rate monitor.

    My pedometer doesn't recognize a lot of the steps I talkewhile dancing. The pedometer I had before this one would count steps from the motion of me riding the exercise bike :laugh: thus there is no way to compare yourself with someone else with a different step counter......I compare myself only to me.

    I'm in too! Off to buy a pedometer also. The summer months are better times for me to really go hard as far as getting in shape due to not having so many classes. So I think I will challenge myself to see if I can beat the 10,000! Thanks for the idea! I really want to make the best of this until the end of June to see how I do.

    Daily goal is 10,000 steps. Average goal this month is 11,000. Does not include cardio exercises.

    Monthly: I'm shooting for roughly a 10% increase in my cumulative totals from the month of May.
