Mmm ... good. I made some for lunch today. I put the baby spinach on top of parchment paper that had been sprayed with oil, then sprayed the spinach with oil and sprinkled seasoning on top. I baked in my convection ove for about 14-15 minutes. My child liked them, too, which makes it even more valuable to me.0

I like the idea of using parchment paper...although it shouldn't be necessary to spray the paper with oil as the poster said. I love chips, these sound great!0
