Count me in also! Thanks for starting the challenge! This will give me some additional motiviation and use Jillian's DVD's which I haven't used in awhile. I'll be doing 30 DS, Ripped in 30, and her kettleball workout.

Well, thanks to you guys I actually crawled out of bed at 6am and did the 30 Day Shred workout this morning. If you knew me you'd know that's a miracle. Pretty excited to see how this plays out over 6 weeks.

30 Day Shred is a Jillian Michaels(one of the trainers from Biggest Loser) workout dvd. She also has a bunch of other dvds which others in this challenge are mixing up.0 -
I want in!! I just finished day 21 of the 30DS this morning (day 1 of level 3) so I should be done with that next Wednesday. I was super excited to see this as I was wondering what I was going to do when I finished 30DS and how in the world I would stay accountable. Thanks so much for getting it started. I think after I finish 30DS next week I am going to alternate days with Extreme Shed and Shred, 6 week six pack, Ganish Fat and boost metabolism with a day of cardio (walking, swimming) in between each week.

did banish fat for the first time yesterday. Was a bit disappointed - it wasn't very hard? Didn't know the boxing moves were in it. will alternate with 6wk6pk but I find that a much more demanding workout.0

I have family coming in from July 2nd through 16th so I've been trying to decide if I should join or not (it's so hard to do these things with family staying in my home waking up early and staying up late) BUT I think it's worth a try!! Maybe I'll find, it's the perfect time as Grandma and Grandpa could take the boys for a bike ride so I could exercise! :-) I want to try anyway and see how it goes!!!

Hi! I'd like to join too. I just have 30DS but want to get back to treadmill as well. I have a DavinaI McCall DVD that is still in the wrapping, so maybe I could take alook at that and see if I could work that in too. I have taken about a 2 week break from exercise and careful logging and the scales because of a mad work schedule in the run up to holidays(starting Wednesday) but I will use this opportunity to get back on track. So, sorry, for that reason I don't know my start weight til I weigh in in the morning. I'll update then.0

I have been at a plateau for waayy to long so Im kinda keen to just break out of the stupid 140's lol0 -
Oh and I havent weighed in today (its the 19th already) so my weight for the first week can just be 142 as Iv been at this weight forever! lol0

I'm doing 30DS (just finished day 7 of Level 1) along with Turbo Jam beginner rotation. I do BL Cardio Max and BL Boot Camp Level 1's on Saturdays in place of Turbo Jam since the rotation is only 5 days. And Sundays are my off days.
