Finally made these tonite (used shredded monterrey jack cheese...was fine but will try grated parm next)....only thing mine needed was a wee bit of seasoning but quite tasty. Hoping the 6 I left will taste good reheated tomorrow for lunch. I'm not a veggie person at all so these were very satisfying and a nice way to get some veggies into my diet. Extremely easy to make so I'll be making these again. Thanks for posting the recipe.0
