If you had to give your #1 tip on how to drop fat for an overweight person, what would it be?

Mine is - make sure you are drinking water, not calories.

Don't expect your scale loss to happen in a perfect linear fashion. Be patient.

Ditch the workout and join the party! (Zumba motto)

    persistence.
  • PATIENCE AND PERSEVERENCE! It doesn't happen right away. Give yourself a few months and focus on how you feel before focusing on the scale.

And stick to eating well and working out often. I didn't see a loss until I really started working out to the point of tears and I let go of the cookies, cakes, and chips.

If you can't PRONOUNCE the majority of the ingredients, don't put it in your mouth!

Be mindful of everything you do. Each bite you take, each sip you drink, each move you make. Do it on purpose, and with purpose.

Be CONSISTENT. The difference between a true champion and an occasional winner is CONSISTENCY.
