I am 5'5" and weighed 171 when I decided enough is enough....I started mfp one week ago and I have lost 3.5 lbs. My ultimate goal is 140. I have a medium sized frame.0

I'm 5'4" currently 126lbs, goal is 115lbs. I am small in frame structurally so I can get away with being between 105 and 110lbs but I am having a really hard time dropping any weight right now due to stress or too few calories...not sure what's going on.0

Have thyroid issues that has been a challenge for me over the last year. I was 180lbs for about 5 years then I went up to 205lbs over a period of a month.... GRRRRR. Hopefully, I can master my hormone issues to lose the extras and get back into the clothes in my closet!0 -

I'm 5'4 and my goal is 115. My whole family is thin, except me. I'm a "belly heavy" 135 now, and just want to get back to being toned, and fitting into a size 6. A good pre-baby weight for me0

I also think it depends on your age. I am 49, 5'3", and 160 would be comfortable for me.0

48 years old and 5' 5'' Currently at about 194 and my goal is 170, for now. I will reevaluate when I get there but my ultimate goal is no less than 150. I am lean and plan to get leaner.0

My goal is to just look good, lol! But in numbers, if I got to 160 I would be pleased. If I got to 140 I would be ecstatic and do cart wheels! LOL. Im 5 ft 3 1/2in. I started in May at 196.8. I am currently 189.2. I would love to be in a size 6 again. That would make me over the moon gleeful no matter what number I have on the scale.0

I'm 5'3 and at first my goal was 130 but now I think my UGW is 120-125. But would be pretty much content with 130. Started at 185.60

5'3" and currently 175ish. My goal is to get back to my pre-baby weight of 145. Since my body has changed since having my daughter I may need to go a little lighter to look like I did when I was 145 this time around.0

hey,I'm 5'3.5" tall,I was 190 lbs when I started my 1200 calorie diet plan in this February 2012. Now I'm 149 lbs June 2012. During this time I drank Lemonade 500ml everyday & was on negative calorie foods & fruits.Wish me luck friends so that I can lose 16 lbs more0

I'm 5'4" and my goal is 140lbs. Twenty years ago it would have been 10lbs less than that but I am 45 and I often get complimented on my youthful appearance, which I am sure is the result of being a little plump. My sister (second mention of her on the forums! Hope she isn't reading this, however) is younger than me but people always think she's the older one because shes very slim and her face looks a bit hollow and drawn (or elegantly sculpted if you prefer). Lastly, my significant other is a typical working class London lad and prefers an hourglass shape, so I want to keep some of the wiggle.0

I'm 5'4.5 (164cm).
I'm aiming for 120lbs, although I might push it to 119.9lbs or something like that. Just so I can be smug and say I've lost "over 30lbs", even if it's by .1 of a pound xD0 -

I'm 5'4", and my "goal weight" is 120-125. But that's not my real goal. My real goal is to have a BF% of 18-20%, and to be toned. Whatever weight I'm at when that happens is the weight for me.0

I'm 5'5' goal is 135. I will be very happy to be that weight for the rest of my life - as long as I don't lose any more height. I used to be 5'6 1/2" in high school. Somehow over the years, I've shrunk vertically.0

I am 5'4.5" and I would love to be in the 140's or a loose size six... this being said- I was between 115-125 in college and I can't even imagine being that thin again! and 135 after two kids. (I am 42) I don't know how I ever got to 170 but with every pound gone I feel so good....so I will go, go, go and at 140 will re-evaluate! Good luck everyone!!0
