    last night - after completing my diary I gobbled down a few pieces of a milk chocolate almond chocolate bar.. DROOL!!!
    I was still under calorie - but Im a chocoholic - and adding almounds.. OMG

    Nothing so far I regret eating, but I ate more at lunch than I intended to. I feel all bloated and full now, and I really dislike it.

    a KFC hot pot pie! i thoughts i'd try it, so i did, i wasnt anything to rave about, and then i looked up on mfp the nutriional value and saw it was 790 cal. WTF what a waste of 2 hours at the gym!!! lol

    One thing I shouldn't have done was NOT drink that much water. I really need to make drinking tons of water a habit... I just can't.

    Sad that I can't be bothered to drink something that many people don't have access to... Gotta change that!

    Marion's pizza. The company working on our new server brought some in for all of us. I couldnt be rude! haha I only had about 700 calories worth though so it wasnt too bad. I still have 500 or left for my shake tonight. :)

    Gah, those stupid Blueberry Pop-Tarts. I was hungry ( for once ) in the morning ( another shocker ) and so...the first thing I grabbed was Pop-Tarts. I've been thinking they were 200 calories...but nope. When I was about to log it in, I noticed they were 400!! I threw what was rest away.

    i eat as much choc as i want. dark or sugar free. its techn good for you if its not like hersheys milk choc or something.

    i had a half a cup of homemade reduced sugar bbq bans when I only really needed 1/4 cup. but i still got 700 cals and its 3 so i'm good. ;)

    Forgot to ask for the sugar free mocha in my iced coffee at Starbucks >.<; didn't realize until after i was done drinking it. Lucky i walked 20mins to get it so hopefully it balances

    Me too! I only had two pieces, but it doesn't help after I had 2 pieces of pizza! Damn Fridays and going out to lunch! Going for a nice long walk later!!
