    I'm not sure if this will work. I'm a work in progress as I haven't started lifting yet and it's been about 12 years since I've done any serious lifting.

    Amazing ladies!! Question: How much is too much hang on the bottom of the arms? Sounds stupid but when I flex I still have that jiggle, prob inch or so, so I don't show them off because I don't look like the fitness pro's.
