    Wow what a transformation! Straight lifting or lots of cardio too?

    i lift 3-4 times a week, no straight cardio, i worked hard to build the little muscle mass i have right now lol, i wont let it go away!!

    when i first started cutting when i was still at school i would do LISS cardio on the bike or elliptical, now i dont do any direct cardio work in the gym. But, i do play basketball multiple times a week for 2-3 hours at a time, so thats my cardio these days lol

    to the person who asked what i eat on a daily basis i will lay out it now

    4 scoops whey (2 shakes a day)
    1lb of 93/7 beef (i dont eat it all at once)
    1 cup of oats (i'll throw a tsp of brown sugar on there erry now and then)
    4 cups 1% milk (i love milk a lot but i cant drink too much cause it makes my face break out)
    1 fiber bar (sometimes two, depends on how i am doing on carbs that day)
    1 oz of honey roasted peanuts (sometimes 2 oz, depends on the day)

    those are my staples that i eat every day
