ugh. my scale did not budge this week and i did so good. it's discouraging.
I have to lose 1/2 pound to be where i was when i started this challenge.
take a lesson from me . . . . 3 weeks of gaining/not counting calories/not paying attention/not eating well is so not worth it!!
I've been working my tail off for the last 7 weeks to make up for that time and have only been able to lose 6 pounds.
again, so not worth it!

Since I was up two pounds higher than this on Friday I will just be happy that I am back down to last week's weight. I am back on track and will try very hard to meet my new goal of 195 by next week. It's hard to believe that the 12 weeks are coming to an end next week...time really does fly, doesn't it.
I am really looking forward to our next challenge! Thank you Kirsten for all that you do in running these challenges, it is very much appreciated by all of us. :flowerforyou:

I really can't wait to start the new challenge! The thing I'm most excited about mind is to see how much we've lost as a group!! I started my new workout programme yesterday and wow it hurts so bad. It looked like a pretty simple workout but it turns out supersets are not simple...0

The only thing I can honestly think of as a challenge some of you are probably already doing. I believe what helped me the most from the previous weeks weigh in to this weeks weigh in was my attitude and the consumption of 2 cold glasses of water before each meal. By drinking those 2 glasses of water it REALLY helped with my portion control for one....and for two it helped me get my water intake in for the day. Before I would have a snack I would grab a glass of water, which was equaling my 8 glasses of water a day. Anyone that knows me knows I HATE water, so this was an issue for me.
So my challenge is to drink 2 glasses of cold water before each meal. :drinker: It absolutely helped me last week. And since it is the last week for this challenge let us all finish strong. :flowerforyou:0 -
