I'm 5'10. I started at around 165 in the before and I'm about 155 in the after, you can definitely see a difference. I hope to be around 135.

WOW!! I love this thread. I just started my journey a few months ago (joined MFP 2-ish weeks ago). I am 5'11" and my heaviest weight was around 357lbs. I am now at 316lbs. Everyone is such an inspiration for me to keep going and work even harder. My lowest weight was in high school at 195lbs (size 14/16). I was about 275lbs when I met my husband 10yrs ago. My ultimate goal is to be 195lbs again and then will see how I feel. I just had my gallbladder removed (lap-chole) 2 days ago so I'm kind of bummed about having to lay around when I really want to be able to walk my (normal) 4-5km.

I am also 5'10" and am about 149 now, yet look softer than you!! I too had a goal for 135, but am not so sure now. I would be happy staying this weight ifi traded the soft for muscle.I'm 5'10. I started at around 165 in the before and I'm about 155 in the after, you can definitely see a difference. I hope to be around 135.

Honestly, I think that's the largest difference I've noticed. I didn't lose an exceptional amount of weight. I do about 40 minutes of mild intensity cardio 5 days a week and about 20 minutes of strength 7 days a week. I've gotten into the habit of just doing at home exercises while I'm watching tv or waiting for things to cook. The muscle I've gained seriously changes the way I'm shaped and in a good way!

WOW!!! These pics are AMAZING!!!!! I don't really have any before pics to put up...camera shyyyyyy. But once I hit goal then maybe that will change. I'm also 5'11'' and started out here at about 172 at a size 10. Looking to get to around 148-152 or so and see how I feel. I'm guessing that I would be a loose size 8 or a tight 6 at that point.0

I am so happy to find this thread! I am 5'10" and was wanting to see some progress pics of other ladies my size and height. I have lost 41 lbs so far and would like to lose 60 more. You all look great! Keep up the good work!0

I'm Lovin this thread as well!! 5'10 here. I'd love to end up at 150 but my goal right now is 160. Started last June at 250 and currently 215 (had a set back for the first half of this year).

I'm 5'11" as well! I am about 4 months into my weight loss, 40lbs down, but still have a lot more to go.
First goal is to be at 175, but might try for more once I reach that.

Im only 5'9" tall and cant post from here but would love to keep the post going to see how well everyone else is doing.
Someone else here posted that they are starting out at or lower than most of us want to end up at.
I feel funny when I tell people my goal is 170. I have such a large frame that may be too thin for me in the long run.
I cant see the photos (work filter) but Im sure you all look awesome! Keep up the great work.0 -

Nice to see the tall ladies out en force.
5'9" here starting at 202 in 2010. Been up and down since but I'm solidly in the 180's now.
My goal would be to end up in the 160's. I have a wide frame with broad shoulders and wide hips but a teeny waist so anything below 160 looks sickly on me.
