    Worked out at 6am even though all I wanted to do was roll over and go back to sleep!!!

    First my co worker handed me a singles To-Go Jif peanut butter that he said would go good with my granny smith apple and then when he returned from lunch put an ice cream sandwich on my desk.

    I took the peanut butter and stashed it in case there is a day I forget lunch, etc where that would be better than vending machine food and then I put the ice cream sandwich in the freezer.

    I took a few moments to be grateful and not scream "SABOTEUR!" at the top of my lungs in the office.... *whew* And it is only Monday.

    Gave blood (only to get a free shirt...so I can't be proud of that!)
    Ate really good with the intention of kicking butt at a workout only to find you really shouldn't work out after giving blood:(

    I biked to work despite the fact that it was raining AND cold! and then when I did my weekly weigh-in at the gym I've passed my goal weight :-)

    - I got to work on time!

    I exceeded my exercise goal for the day, have made healthy meal and snack choices, and most importantly made it through the worst work day of the week. boo to Mondays!

    I'm so proud that I did absolutely nothing that I was supposed to do today. It was a great feeling, now maybe the hubby will finally figure it out.

    Woke up early and ran 2 miles, followed by level 3 of 30 Day Shred. Then I had a protein shake. My body is so sore and it feels so good. :D
