I got back on track today after a few bad weeks and a gain.
I exercised!
I ate well!
I drank lots of water!

Ran eight miles. Other than that I've been bumming around the house since it's my only day off. But I've done a good job keeping my eating in check. Often times my long run days turn into "eat all the things" days. Not today!0

I ran my first mile without stopping ONCE!!! Damn, that felt great!!0

I went to the gym (resistance circuit training), ran 2 miles, had a salad for lunch and resisted eating any of my friends chips she had with her lunch!!! I am proud of myself and well done everyone it is great to hear what others have been doing today and how good it has made them feel!!!0

Ran 6 miles in under an hour!0

Upped my game - Completed Day One 30DS. Yay!0

Honestly I kept up to my 18 month old grandson and I have plenty of energy left over for more...lol....I know it's not much but it made me feel great. I watched a lady about my age in the mall today chasing her grandson as he ran full tilt down the road...she could not keep up, she is a heavy set woman and I felt bad cause a few months ago that was me. I swooped up my grandson and ran after hers for him the two boys had a good little play while she caught up. It was a good day all around!!0

I had a major sweet tooth, but resisted the urge to get some yogurt covered almonds and thereby stayed under goal.0

I exercised longer than normal, even though i feel absolutely no motivation at all today.0

I spent 30 minutes on the treadmill after going a whole week with zero exercise.0

Hour of Wii Zumba...0

I created a meal and two snacks that were satisfying and stayed with in my guidelines.0

Made it into the gym for 35 minutes on the elliptical! :happy:0

Hopefully inspired some of my students in Zumba Fitness class to push themselves a little bit harder...because we can, and because it's great to see what our bodies can do when we really try!0

Refusing to let my hubs bring me McDonalds for breakfast! Had my Eggs, turkey bacon, and multigrain waffle as always!0

Thank you for the topic today. I did exercise today. I did weigh myself today and was still on track despite the weekend. I am alive and healthy.
I just needed to post to affirm that YES I am a worth while person even though there are those who constantly put me down for now being worthy of life.

Stuck with my eating plan and went for a jog.0

1) Limiting myself to 5 gummy bears (this is MAJOR for me!)
2) Doing a challenging total body workout for 30 min. (on my "off" day)0 -
I pushed myself through the second day of the 30 Day Shred even though i'm tired and sore from the last couple days.0

I walked 3 miles, then did day 2 Lvl 2 of 30DS! Resisted the soda I am trying to quit, and the chocolate that sounded so good! I also had a small NSV- i fit into some old shorts. Even though I still weigh more, I have lost inches!0

Trying (but failing) to do my c25k run this morning in spite of my cramps. I only made it about halfway before I HAD to stop, but I tried.0

Doing week 4 day 1 of c25k
and then....
working out again when I went over my calories for the day

drinking 7 of my 8 glasses of water for the day, gotta go drink the last one now0 -

Had a really rough morning; got my heart totally crushed &still strived to not binge off of the negative vibes this morning!!0

Got my rear end in the pool and did some water jogging even though it was monsooning and I knew it was gonna be cold as heck!0

Hmm...
1. Finishing up some school work, so now I have an A in that class (I think lol)
2. Ate an awesome salad instead of cereal or something else like that
3. I haven't really wanted any chocolate chips today, so hell yeah!
Now to work out a teeny bit more <.<0 -
