    I had an awful night last night. I REALLY wanted to pig out on ice cream.
    Instead, I pigged out on cabbage and asparagus. :laugh: I had a sugar-free Jell-O too. I actually weighed in a little heavy this morning...from all the fiber I imagine. :blushing: But I'm really happy with myself for NOT buying the junk!
  • Last night I went to a jewelry party of which I had 1000 left to consume after exercising. As you know there is always yum food at those kinds of things. I believe I went over my calories. What sent me over was the pumpkin cheesecake of which for 1 slice is about 900 calories, plus the spinch dip with sourdough bread. Then of course the host sent me home with 3 pieces of the cheesecake for my family. This morning when I woke up I had 2 bites of it, went to the gym to burn 700 calories, came home and took 2 more bites. Probably a total of a half of a piece of which is 450 calories. Ugh! Not good! I will attempt to be good for the remainder of the day as this is salvageable.

    I ate a bowl over cereal after dinner....and some whoppers.....But Im counting the calories twoards today:happy:

    I do that sometimes. Count those accidental late calories as breakfast for the next day, count breakfast as morning snack and then I'm back on track by lunch! Takes some discipline but it is a good plan B.

    I had 2 apple turnovers from kfc. I was convinced they were 300 calories a piece. I immediately came home and did an hour of cardio. I logged them and found out they were only 200:sad: .

    I had cracker barrel for dinner... BUT I had the veggie plate.. except I had mac and cheese on it :laugh:. Everything else was actually pretty good and I was within my calories... except for the mac and cheese! Although I didn't go insanely over so the damage shouldn't be too bad. I have had nothing but water today though which is amazing for me.

    i need to own up to this otherwise i will never hold myself accountable

    in the past 1 1/2 weeks i ate:
    4 cup cakes
    4 japanese takeaways
    2 1/2 pizzas
    2 portions takeaway chips
    8 skinny candy bars
    6 milky ways
    6 mini dairy milk bars
    1 chinese takaway
    1 burger
    1 bag marshmallows
    5 small packs of haribo
    1 meatball marinara subway
    6 packets of crisps

    WTG Katie! Good effort!

    I ate -
    1 large bag of Chocolate covered rasins
    1 bag of eggs and chips (sweets) lol
    2 taste the different triple choc cookies
    Loads of minstrels - kinda lost count
    1 chinese
    at least two bottles of rose wine
    bowls of icecream
    .....Over this weekend... Oops! :laugh:

    I do really bad with peanut butter too. I eat out of the jar which is very dangerous!!

    I am the same way...I could easily eat at least half a jar in one sitting!


    Today for lunch I had what I usually have for dinner...a burrito with some sauteed red, orange and green bell peppers, sauteed onions, two tablespoons of sour cream, one tablespoon of black bean and corn salsa, 1/4 cup low fat mexican shredded cheese, spinach, 1.5 ounces of avocado, and chopped tomato. It was delicious, better than Taco Bell could ever hope to make! :happy:

    Qdoba chicken queso burrito....MMMMMM :love: but I only ate half last night and half today so it's not so bad! Didn't eat the tortilla today, I went naked :)

    Today I'm eating just about anything I want. It's our anniversary. Then I'll be good for a couple days, and then thanksgiving. We'll cook smart and it won't be near as bad as it used to be, but I'm gonna feed pretty good for a day or 2 here.

    We've been on our program for almost a year, and we def- know how to do it. Haven't had any time off, none, at all. Cheat meal here & there. I fully plan to gain back a pound this week, maybe a couple. Then on to P90X after turkey - hehehe

    That'll learn ya' dern ya'!

    I ate way too much at our church potluck yesterday. I had three deserts. :noway: But they were so good. Actually I only ate half of the piece of pecan pie my son made because it was just wayyyyyy too sweet. Delicious though. I didn't eat all the frosting on the piece of chocolate cake for the same reason. But I did eat the whole piece of cheesecake. :ohwell:

    I made rice krispy treats today. WIth M&Ms. And dark chocolate drizzle all over the top. :bigsmile: Had more than a few...I'm supposed to be preparing for the atrocity that is Thanksgiving and instead I'm stuffing my face! :p

    I ate a small brownie, a sugar cookie and 8 Tostitos Chips with 2 tsp of cheese queso dip.

    I got a second plate and I ate a lot more chips and dip.....didn't count how many chips, just threw a handful on my plate :frown:
