No offense but I hope you don't suggest that to your clients. Have you read about the diet soda? I've read it is 200 times more addictive than sugar.

Spaghetti squash instead of noodles for spaghetti (about 1/5th of the calories in noodles, delicious and filling)
    Butternut squash
Using presidente feta instead of normal cheese (so much more flavorable but with 2/3 the calories)
    Skinny cow mint bars
Kashi- fiber twig cereal (add a few oatmeal squares for flavor and you have truly filling cereal full of protein)
    HUMMMUS on everything
    Snap peas for snacks
Greek yogurt, frozen fruit, vanilla protein powder, and kale for smoothies
    bagel thins
smuckers natural chunky peanut butter (great in oatmeal)
Luna bars (not really a diet food, but I use them for after workouts if I'm on-the-go and need a protein/sugar boost)
    light string cheese

Trader Joe's sells pre-cooked steamed lentils that you can find in their refrigerated section with their salad stuff.

You can eat it cold or heated up.

It makes a great salad tossed with tomatoes, parsley and a little olive oil and lemon juice.

    Delicious, quick and healthy!

Oatmeal, greek yogurt, spinach, almond milk, turkey jerky and water... yes water, sounds odd but I never 'liked' water before and now I can't seem to drink enough of it (and I'm totally past the whole "I need diet flavor packs cos water is so blah" stage!! - I just want/need water now!!!)
