    2. fruit
    3. skim milk
    4. healthy cereal
    5. loads of different kinds of veggies for stir fries, soups, roasted veggies with spray oil, etc.

    If you don't have it in the house you won't eat it. Best advice just don't buy anything you will be tempted with, Never let yourself get hungry a good lifestyle lets you eat when your body needs it just healthy choices. Prepare snacks to take with you so you never fall back on eating out. GOOD LUCK
