OK. So since I want to start weight lifting program again, and will run only 3 days out of 5. I will lower my running goal to 60 miles and I'm gonna keep my walking goal to 40 miles.

I'm in again and I swear I will make my goal this month even though I fell short in June!! I'm doing a couple of other challenges, but I'm still going to go for 60 miles. Maybe the extra day in July will help!!0

First, welcome aboard.
Here's how to do a ticker:
Go to: www.tickerfactory.com
Choose: Exercise & Fitness Ticker
Pick your ticker background and icon.
On the next page you have to complete all the fields
Then when you click next, a page is displayed that has the code on it.
Copy the bb code (what's in the box.)
Come back here and paste it in your post.
Every time you want to update, you will need to go back to tickerfactory and enter your password, update the miles(kms) and then copy and paste again.
I've never managed to update my ticker, where do you go to put the password in please?0 -

You got my attention and I am IN. Physical therapist says walk, walk, walk on that bum knee so my goal is an average of 5 miles per day! 155 miles for the month of July. I did not clock it, yet I believe that in the month of June I averaged about 3 miles per day, possibly more, possibly less, not sure.

New to the challenge but I need some motivation to do my wals and c25k runs...so I am shooting for 100....like others I will noy count my everyday work and school related walks but I will set time aside. and now that I noticed my app keeps tracks of the miles for thr month I can push myself.0
