    You look great! Good job! I also began in January, and am also 5'4" and started at 253 pounds and a size 22. I am down 58 pounds and into a size 14 ... which was super exciting because I have always been chunky. I am trying to run but can't do a mile yet ... that is amazing and I'm so happy for you! Keep up the great work!!!!
