Nope, as i've lost weight in the last few months, i've gone from a 34 D to a 34 DD...which im not really bothered about but its still kind of annoying. And im 25 in a couple months so my body should really stop "blossoming" now... if ya'll have some tips, let me know! xxx
I gained some cups in my mid 20s as well (with out weight gain). I think of it as puberty 2.00 -
Thanks for this post everyone! I am just starting on my weight loss journey. One of the things that finally made we wake up to the weight gain creep in my life was that I can no longer shop for bras in normal sizes. I can say that it did really help to go to a department store and get professionally fitted. The bras weren't cheap, but they work, and I still probably spent more experimenting with different brands/sizes in less expensive bras.
I will just keep my fingers crossed that if they got bigger as I gained weight, they will get smaller as a lose weight.0 -
I actually have the opposite problem. I have lost 25 pounds and went from a 38DD to a 34C. I don't mind the size and my husband ie happy just hope I do not go down anymore in my cup size.0

LOL I'm hoping to not lose any boobs for a while! I had to spend money at Victoria's Secret to hold up these babies!0

Core exercises. If the muscles in your abs and back get stronger than they should be able to compensate for the extra weight that your boobs add. They should also be the type of exercises that improve endurance, not build bulk, you know the low weight, high rep stuff.
You could also try something like a corset, they take the stress of supporting your boobs and transfers it to your hips instead of putting it all on your back like a bra does.0 -
I am a 36/38 C and I wanna get down to 32 C/38 B but not sure if that's gonna happen. I have 18 lbs to go til I get to my goal weight.0

I wish!! I had nice boobs lol.. now that Ive lost weight, not so nice...
But Ill tell you, I would rather be thinner with smaller breasts then to be fat with big ones!!!!0 -
I'm in the same boat. Currently a GG and wanting to be an E or D. I thought doing workouts for pecs would help but a trainer told me it would probably make them bigger.
Annoying.
I have constant back ache, a slouch (from trying to hide le boobies), and no dress shall ever fit me properly :C
Any good suggestions?
Get to Pepperberry - the clothes version of Bravissimo. They have regular clothes sizes (UK8-18) but with three different sizes of boob space - have gotten some really nice stuff from there, including lovely dresses. And it's great for shirts for work, etc too.
I have gotten the same problem as many of you in this thread, lost 38lbs and gone from a 38G to a 34H... back size going down but actual boob bit not changing at all. My boyfriend thinks it's wonderful of course but I'm just pissed off that I am having to replace one set of 'specialist' expensive bras with another!0
