Well, since I'm addicted to sugar I kept healthy (but sweet) foods close.

    My favorites included:

Fiber One 80 calorie honey square cereal
    Fat free yogurt (50 cal)
    Pears (my FAVORITE)
    Zero Calorie Powerade
Gala Apples (extra tasty with Philadelphia Strawberry fat free cream cheese)

Stay away from carbs...especially refined sugar and flour. Chicken, eggs, greek plain yogurt (sweeten with splenda and fruit...buy real yogurt not the fake light and fit stuff since it isnt even real yogurt),vegetables..and I mean a lot of vegetables, and tuna.

    Thanks for those great ideas!

It's good to read through the thread and get an idea for the 'common' favourites - helps a newbie like me fill their shopping cart in a better way!
