Wow - you sure have a long list of friends ... I wouldn't be able to keep up with them all - I am very active with my friends on my list. we all tend to joke around a lot too which I love to do. If you feel like adding one more, feel free, but like I said, maybe you should trim your list a bit to keep the ones that are active with you. Mad props to you on your success thus far!0

it's just like my other full time job, this is how my life goes, Go to work, come home do fire dept stuff, then workout, then mfp, then repeat steps 1 thru 4 the very next day. lol ! I added you louisey112, always have room for more friends.0

I'm always on here. First thing I do when I get to work is log on here and first thing i do when I wake up in the morning on weekends. I'm always looking for motivation/support to keep me moving along my journey. I've taken up the motto that ENCOURAGEMENT is key!! Anyone else on this thread who need support and can provide support please feel free to add me.

I probably need the motivation more than anyone I know right now. I have sons your age but you've lost a lot of weight and seem to be sticking to it. I desperately want to lose this weight but quite honestly I just have to make myself do this. My fatigue level from fibromyalgis is so bad i tend to want to do the quick meal thing, not necessarily fast food but something quick at home or for work. I know I can't blame it all on fibromyalgia. If I get some weight off it will make everything easier for me. I am not a baked checken and broccoli person. I come from a family of really good cooks who like to do the country cooking. I also love the steamed vegetables and lots of fresh fruit. Today I did scrambled eggs and precooked bacon for work (I work strange hours so my first meal is usually around 5:00 p.m. each day and my last meal is around 2:00 a.m.. I would love to get copies of meals other meal makes that works for them. I like variety. I cannot eat the same thing every day. You've done great. Keep up the good work.0

It is a small world. My son is full time fireman and same age of you. Staying in shape is very important for you and so is eating correctly.0

I'm new to this site and I love it but I only have one friend and she works very hard and has very little time to post. I would love it if you added me as a friend, ANY of you! I could use the support. I'm not overweight, but my stomach looks like a deflated balloon. I've never had kids and I have no excuse. I want to do better and I have a feeling that this site could really help me take this thing seriously this time.0
