            Happy 4th everyone. What's on your menu today to loose those 5 pounds this month? Me? I started my day off by doing a Walk/Run for 1 hour. Today's menu, Lettuce asian wraps, Cilantro Lime Shrimp, Brocolli Slaw (Low Fat, no sugar,homemade) and grilled veggies. Have a great day!0
