I guess it depends on which meal! For snacks, my top is a lemon! I eat a lemon just about every day. If I don't have one, its because I ran out..lol0

Breakfast: Organic Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
Lunch: Sugar Snap Peas

1) Starbucks Via Instant French Roast Coffee. i've had to basically retire my coffee grinder, it wakes everyone up! grr. except on the weekends.
2) Open Nature Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Heaven granola. Available at Vons. Anyone who's a granola fan, this is a must. i'm completely obsessed with it.
3) Milk, nonfat. calcium!0 -

'Coffee - Brewed, espresso' followed by 'Milk - Reduced fat, 2% milkfat' that goes in the coffee. It's the only food/beverage that I consume *every single day*.0

Raspberries and Blueberries, I buy them fresh in bulk and freeze them. For whatever reason they're so much better than the stuff on the freezer aisle.
I make a smoothie with them most everyday, Yummy!
Also, steel cut oatmeal, pecans, almonds and dried cherries that I make into the most delicious granola bars, seriously, they are to die for!!! ...and I'm all out right now:sad:0 -
