What's at the top of your 'Most Used' food list?

Flax milk--in coffee, smoothies, rarely cereal.

I'm an Aussie so breakfast is almost always multigrain toast and vegemite.
mainly have a multigrain roll for lunch with a lot of salad on it or a big bowl of soup.

multi-grain tortilla. I like to make wraps for lunch!

Punpkin, Green beans and Carrots, apparently! :P

Cootage cheese

farmer style rye bread and tomatoes

1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup blackberries

Fat free milk.
Strawberries.

Coffee.... :ohwell: :blushing:

Adams Natural crunchy peanut butter, and multigrain bread.
