Welcome everyone to the 3,500+ calories burned challenge. This weekly challenge has been going on for over a year now and it's open to everyone! So nice to see so many new faces these last few weeks - hope it continues; people are setting higher goals and getting more calories burned!

This is a weekly challenge to meet 3,500+ calories burned. You set your own calorie goal for the week (even if it's below 3,500 - you can work your way to that goal!). Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other than push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such an inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

Optional Bonus Challenge: Do a new exercise or workout or get some new scenery - that could mean a different route on your walk or run or trying a different gym (if you can visit a different branch). Get creative with your exercise!

    I burned 7500 a couple weeks ago.. dont think its super healthy but when i get going, its hard to stop

    I failed the week before as I had a killer cold, but going for it this week! Moved Sunday to the top as i'm away this weekend so started yesterday instead.

    Going in for 3,500 this week. Failed the challenge two weeks in a row but determined to reach my goal this week.

    Exceeded last week's goal of 3500 by just over 200 calories! Going to step it up this week and see if I can keep it up

    My goal is still 3,500. I've been short the last two weeks and hope I can get closer this week.
