about 1600 on rest days and 1800 on gym days0

Not counting exercise cals, and yes I eat as many of them as possible, 2590. Workout days add 400-1600 depending on running distance.0

I'm 6'1 and I eat between 1500 and 1800 depending on my exercise for the day.0

I'm 5ft3 (and a smidge extra). I have my daily goal set at 1350 and on days I workout I burn anywhere from 200-400 calories and I typically eat them all (most) back.0

between 1400 and 1900 per day usually depending on exercise. I have the rare "maintenance day" thrown in there as well (2000-2100)0

I'm 5'2, and my base is 1470 (my approximate BMR). I eat exercise calories, so that puts me at anywhere from 1800 to 2100-ish depending on my exercise for the day. I've been walk/jogging in the mornings in addition to doing a boot camp DVD lately, so I have been burning off between 650 and 800 a day, so I've had a lot of peanut butter this week.0

I'm 5' 2" and I try to not eat over 1350-1400/day before exercise.0

Im female 5'3" I eat a total of 1,700 calories a day based in the Insanity formula. I was eating too few at first around 1000-1200
Im doing better now only on week two. Im losing inches now but I only want to lose @ 23 pounds so in the end the pounds will come off after the muscle is built.0 -
1380 right now because I'm sedentary.. But I eat back most of my exercise calories.
If I were to just stick to 1380, I would probably rip someone's head off and splash around in the blood.
 I'm with you on that one0 -
I'm 5ft 4in and eat 1800 (2000 on exercise days). I'm losing a good amount. I chose higher calories because I needed the diet to be sustainable for the longterm. I also didn't want my body to get used to lower calories ad gain weight when I increased them. Works for me.0

Between 900 and 1200. Usually right at 1000 or 1100.0

I'm 5'7 and I eat roughly 1400-1650 a day. I have a tendency to eat more when I'm running and on my days not in the gym I tend to eat lower...0

500 aday. Lunch and dinner. It's actually big portions just completely unprocessed, only healthy food. I eat either grilled chicken, steak or fish, one large veggie and one fruit for each meal. Lost 15 pounds in four weeks!0

I eat 1900-2000 to maintain0
-
5'9" and 1200 a day. Unless I exercise then I eat more.0
-
Woah under 1000?! I really wouldn't advise eating that low, there's no need!
I eat 2,300 a day (including exercise) so probably 1600-2300 NET depending on what I do that day. It averages out at around 2000 net a day.
I'm 5'8 and 142lbs. Losing slowly, but still losing AND my body is changing faster than the scale (more definition, loss of inches, etc)0 -
Keeping @ 1200 cal. net .... with or with out exercise0
-
6'1 and I normally am around 1200 but since I started P90x been hitting my 1600 mark more.0
