Oh, my goodness this is so me.....Glad I found this group....Glad I am going on vacation on Friday but wondering how in the world I am going to stay on my program while on vacation and stay away form the last night snacks.....
If I have the calories I try to cut off myself at 9. last night I was good......tonight I'll do my best.

I set my cut off time at 6:30pm for snacks and I am only having one soda pop a week.0

Had a ton of calories left after step class today but am not giving in....

good night again last night. after dinner I had calories left and thought I'd have a small single serving popcorn later but then when I looked at the clock it was after 9 (my cut off time) so I didn't do it.....we had eaten later so I wasn't starving....now to balance the calories that I'm supposed to get w/ my cut off time, w the later dinners.....Hmm....
