    Naked or clothed?

    I remember this quote from Romy and Michele's High School Reunion.

    Romy: I've been killing myself for eight days and I gained a pound.
    Michele: That's impossible. Did you deduct sixteen pounds for your shoes?

    This leads to my question... How do you weigh in?

    Do you just jump on the scale or do you get completely nude cause every pound matters? :bigsmile:

      First thing in the morning, so naked - but I don't think it matters as long as you're consistent, e.g. if you wear shoes on the scale, always wear shoes! etc.

      I don't think it matters what you wear when you weigh in as long as that type outfit is what you weigh in with every time. Like if you weigh in with a t-shirt shorts and a paticular pair of shoes on do that everytime
