Didn't lose all of this on MFp, just the last few lbs.

Incredible transformation--how did you do it if not on MFP?

Thank you :flowerforyou: I lost it by eating 1/4 plate of lean protein, 1/4 whole grains, and 1/2 plate veggies (fruit at breakfast) every meal and walking everywhere. I eventually had to start counting calories and lifting to get the results I wanted though- I said more about what I do now on page 5. Still working on those results though...one day I'll have washboard abs:love:

Everyone on here looks amazing! So inspiring! Here's my most current before/during :)

    1beforeduring.jpg

What have you done to lose the weight? You look great!! keep it up! :)

I took it really slow. Eating vegetarian, healthy foods, but I never restrict myself. If I want something I eat it, just within reason. I find that the three most important things to do in order to see results are 1) drink lots of water, 2) eat breakfast within the first hour of waking up, and 3) eat early in the evening and stop snacking at night. Those three things really worked for me :)

Took a new pic , as I hit 250 days on MFP today!

The dreaded side on that I left out of the 1st post in this thread. To answer those who asked how, feel free to add me, most of what I do is in my blurb :)

and again, well done everyone YAY :)
