Great job! I am on Day 2 of 30DS and am hoping for some equally awesome results. It's so crazy that the short 20 minutes kills it!

Wow, great job, girl! Im only on day 4 so its great to see results from someone whos done it! Your an inspiration, keep up the amazing work :drinker:
  • You look great! What was your diet like while you were doing the shred?
  • Thanks!

Corinne - I stuck to an average caloric range of about 1200-1350 calories (sometimes I would only eat around 1100 (net) for the day and sometimes it went as high as 1700).

I am IR so I tired to keep my protein up and my carbs down.

I tried to stick to a cleaner diet for the most part but I wasn't super strict.

One thing that I did change when starting the shred is I started eating breakfast everyday. (Usually whole wheat toast with peanut butter, a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, and sometimes an egg).
